OSCE is seeking an Head of Rule of Law Unit with degree in criminal justice (law or policing), minimum six years of experience, three at management level and understanding of the Human Dimension and justice sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and experience in justice sector program development and political analysis. The successful candidate will manage projects on access to justice via institutional and legislative reform and capacity building, fair trail standards, war crimes case processing, support to victims and witnesses; coordinate with international, national, local and civil society counterparts to maximize benefit and prevent duplication; and integrate project evaluation and long-term impact assessment into all policy and project work with larger Human Dimension Department.
