OSCE SMM in Ukraine is seeking a Minority Rights Adviser with an advanced degree in relevant field, six years of experience in human and minority rights to identify, research, analyze, document, report on the situation of national minorities and religious communities within integrated human dimension monitoring activities. Advisor will coordinate within the Mission on planning and operational processes, prepare various documents and reports, and advise the Mission on activities in line with thematic responsibilities.
