Many IT companies nowadays struggle with developing a quality product and not wasting time on unnecessary changes which are caused by a customer’s ever changing vision of how a product should look. One of the most common causes of failure of startups is that entrepreneurs are too optimistic about how easy it will be to execute a project. During our winter school we will learn what to do to define a project’s required effort. Our team will lead you through all the stages of creating a successful start-up. The school is loaded with workshops on topics like software requirements management, risk management, team management, software architecture design, and technical documentation development.

TSU’s team is comprised of young and aspiring PhD students with experience in creating start-ups and is currently developing an information system for TSU.

To apply for participation in either program, students should send the following documents to tsusummerschool@mail.ru:
  • application for participation
  • visa invitation form
  • the scan of passport information page

These forms can be requested from tsusummerschool@mail.ru or yat77@mail.ru.
