«Our Children» Education Center
Our camp has been working since 2016. All teachers are native speakers from USA and Great Britain. We need creative, energetic native English-speakers with experience teaching children or working at a summer camp. The job will last 4-5 weeks. After the completion of this 4-5 week contract, teachers will have the opportunity to remain in Russia on their own time and at their own expense until their visa expires (possibly for two more months). Talented teachers may have the opportunity to remain in Russia to teach for the «Our Children» Education Center for the 2020-2021 school year.
Camp dates: 05/25/2020 – 06/27/ 2020
Various age groups: 5-7, 8-9, 10-12, 12-14 years. 10 kids per group.
Working Hours: 9 am to 5pm, Monday – Friday
Lessons in English, as well as varied activities (music, drama, sport, art, etc.)
Location: children’s center in the Lenin State Farm settlement in the Lenin District of Moscow Province (50 minutes from the center of Moscow). Lenin State Farm is one of the best small cities in Russia, with a developed infrastructure for children and teenagers.
Interviews with prospective employees will take place by Skype. The camp director will also be In New York City from February 13-21, 2020, and can conduct an interview there if desired.
All decisions with regard to employment will be made before March 2020. All teachers who are hired to work at the summer camp should plan to fly to Moscow in late May, 2020.
The school will take responsibility for
- issuing the visa invitation,
- registering teachers upon arrival
- all paperwork related to the work contract (SNILS, INN, etc).
Employees must apply to their local Russian consulate for their visa (and pay the cost of visa processing) upon receipt of the official invitation from Russia.
