We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to take responsibility for our campaign team covering German-speaking countries, our priority geographies in Central and Eastern Europe, and Russia.
The Campaign Lead is responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated plan in this region, using all available strategies, informed by data and insights, that aims to protect and further the legitimacy of Airbnb and our community.
Leadership and Empowerment: Your primary responsibility is team leadership – line managing an energetic, passionate and diverse group of campaign experts who deliver complementary strands of work to serve the overall strategy. You inspire others to get behind a common vision and you deploy first-rate organisational skills to ensure that your strategy is executed, targets are set, and projects are delivered, on time and on budget.
