PAE Government Services, under contract for the U.S. Department of State, is seeking applications from well-qualified U.S. citizens for the following position within the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE): a manager with background in monitoring, political and security analysis and reporting to aid the OSCE Mission in Skopje in defining responses to developments in the field. The successful applicant will contribute to developing strategies, guidelines and SOPs for monitoring teams based in Skopje and Tetovo; analyze security-related developments and suggest responses; provide updates and briefings to senior management; ensure operations of early warning mechanisms; and cooperate and coordinate with other units including on projects and in regular reporting. Local language skills and knowledge of the political-military history of the region are desirable.
