More specifically, PAE-REACT is seeking a project coordinator to ensure results-based management and implementation of and reporting on project funds in compliance with OSCE programmatic guidelines and regulations in the areas of democratization, police affairs, media, and rule of law and human rights; to co-ordinate a project on “Countering Violent Extremism and Radicalization Threats”; as well as to advise and support to the host country’s Strategy and Action Plan for the Prevention and Countering of Terrorism; to develop initiatives to promote municipal inter-communal dialogue including civic/youth engagement; and to liaise with national, international and civil society counterparts.

Foreign Service Diplomatic Couriers assist in worldwide security programs that provide secure transportation services for Department of State classified diplomatic pouches. Diplomatic Couriers safeguard and escort diplomatic pouches containing classified and sensitive material between U.S. diplomatic missions overseas and the Department of State.
