This position will please an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the Language Workshop. Takes primary responsibility for execution and oversight of grant activities and reporting; coordinates academic and outreach programming; and serves as primary supervisor of office support staff, graduate assistants, seasonal-hire instructors, and interns. Oversees Workshop business and financial processes; monitors accounts and budget tracking processes; develops plans for optimal use of [base and discretionary] budgets. Takes primary responsibility for supervising the Center’s strategic communications, including web and social media activity, as well as development outreach to alumni. Advises the Director about issues of strategy and policy; identifies opportunities for the development of intramural and extramural funding streams and advises the Director on findings.
