ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support the Principal Investigator in the delivery of research activity on the project entitled‘Debordering Europe through the 2022 Ukrainian Refugee Crisis: Analysis of Responses in the UK, Poland and Romania’. Funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) under the UK in a Changing Europe initiative, the project aims to analyse responses to the 2022 Ukrainian refugee crisis in three countries – Poland, Romania, and the UK. The project team will work across four groups of stakeholders in each country – policy-makers, third sector organisations, host communities, and refugees from Ukraine.
You will contribute primarily to research in Poland and the UK, including co-designing and administering surveys of refugee and host communities with third sector partner organisations, undertaking focus groups and interviews with the four stakeholder groups and supporting the senior fellow, Professor Kathryn Cassidy, with an in-depth policy analysis.
