Hourly Hires

Please submit the Hourly Student Hire Spreadsheet for requested hourly student hires to Theresa Orendain at Orendain@austin.utexas.edu. Be sure to indicate on the list whether the students are currently employed by the university. 

Time Sheets

If you supervise hourly workers, please ensure the accuracy of their timesheets. Hours should only be approved if they were scheduled and actually worked, as inaccuracies can affect your accounts. 

 

Travel Scholarships

For travel scholarships, submit the Travel Spreadsheet to Theresa Orenadain at Orendain@austin.utexas.edu with all the necessary information included.
