Full Division Faculty Jury (FDFJ)
The following BSOM undergraduate students must submit a Full Division Faculty Jury (FDFJ) Request Form before performing the FDFJ:
- Non-performance majors at the 260a/b/RC level and performing the FDFJ this fall, for Recognition Recital consideration should complete and submit the non-performance major FDFJ form by Oct. 29.

Request to Postpone a Fall 2021 Jury
If you are/were unable to perform and record your jury for Fall 2021, contact your performance instructor and division head immediately. You must also explain your need to postpone via email to the appropriate BSOM Director of Undergraduate or Graduate Studies listed below no later than Monday, Dec. 13, 2021.
If you are/were experiencing a health situation or injury, then you must also provide adequate written documentation (from a physician or health/wellness center) along with your request to postpone by the Dec. 13 deadline. The undergraduate or graduate director may require additional details from you before making a final decision. If it is impossible for you to provide documentation by the deadline, inform the undergraduate or graduate director; he may require corroboration from your performance instructor to consider extending the deadline for documentation.
Director of Undergraduate Studies (for undergraduate students): Prof. Stephen Page <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Director of Graduate Studies (for graduate students): Prof. James Buhler <email@example.com>
IMPORTANT: A request to postpone a Fall 2021 jury, including written documentation as mentioned above, must be made by the Dec. 13, 2021 deadline, or an official postponement may not be granted. A student without an official postponement of the jury will not be advanced to the next performance level and is required to repeat the performance course at the same level. This also affects a student’s final grade for the performance course where jury grades are a portion of the final grade.
For most areas, Fall 2021 juries that have been officially postponed are to be rescheduled for a completion date by the student and instructor (or other division faculty member/committee), and completed and adjudicated between the 1st and 12th class days of the following spring semester.
