The OSCE is seeking OSCE is seeking a Policy Support Officer (Caucasus Desk) to: monitor, analyze, research as needed, and report on developments in the region and field operations; participate in performance-based budgeting process for field operations and projects supported by various budgetary sources, including monitoring the implementation of corresponding field operation mandates; ensure timely information flows between the field operations and the Secretariat, Chairperson-in-Office, participating state Delegations, Permanent Council, Advisory Committee on Management and Finance, Programming and Evaluation Support Unit and other relevant actors; and attend meetings, events, prepare meeting summaries, notes and in-house briefings, publications and other material as necessary.
