PAE is seeking a Deputy Team Leader of Monitors to manage a monitoring team in accordance with Head of Office instructions, SMM mandate and structure, all SMM safety and security protocols; enforce efficient performance of guidance, directives, operational tasks, compliance with OSCE regulations and rules, and evaluation of performance; ensures coherent communication and information flows, such as daily, weekly and special reporting between Team and Head Office; monitors political, security, human/minority rights, gender situation; contribute to development of SM policy and practices including gender integration; and act as Team Leader as needed.
