Drupal is a highly customizable and complex Content Management System. We’ve tried to make it intuitive and easy for you to make basic updates to the site content but if you’re tasked with anything more complex than quick text updates there are some important things for you to know about:
Community Factors – Your site is a piece of a greater community that has to work together and be efficient.
Caching – If anything ever goes wrong the first thing you should do is clear the cache.
Test Site – We maintain a separate versions of the site as a back-up and a sand box that everyone can use.
Database vs. Code Edits – Content and code are separate and may require different editing processes.
Release Cycles – After a site is live feature requests and bug fixes will be completed on a planned schedule.
