The COFA Web team will need to give you access privileges so that you can do stuff on the site. Send your EID and the URL address of the page or pages you need to edit to cofawebmaster@austin.utexas.edu.
The first page you see after logging in is the Dashboard. The Dashboard and the menu in the black bar along the top of the page, contain all options you have for editing the site.
