We work on the sites iteratively, rotating from one site to the next to make improvements, giving equal attention to each site. We are dedicated to this approach in order to make sure none of the sites become outdated.
Typically, a release starts a week or two before the code release, with us working with the site content owner to identify tasks and projects that need to be worked on. We will attempt to identify a set of tasks that can be achieved, with the resources that are available, in the allotted amount of time. Resources vary depending on which team members are available.
During the release, the Web team will also conduct quality review and complete maintenance tasks. The schedule for releases is in the SharePoint calendar. Please let us know if you need access.
