Common workflows and processes:
- Content Administrators and Contributors working together.
- Stage or prototyping content for stakeholders.
- Create a reusable piece of content to place on multiple pages.
- Remove content and keeping a record of it.
- Undo an edit that was made to a page.
- Add a temporary message about an issue in the building or on campus.
- Share and promote events.
Less common, but cool to know workflows and processes:
- I want the Universal Resource Locator (URL) path address for the page to be different than the Title of the page.
- I need to change the Universal Resource Locator (URL) path for a page that is already “live.”
- Clone content in order to:
- Replicate content to create different but similar pages.
- Create a template for a type of page layout that you frequently use.
- Create a table of contents on the top of a long scroll page.
- What to do if I accidentally deleted something.
