First, make sure you are in compliance with legal, copyright, privacy and university requirements, by providing things like captions and alternate text descriptions. Library Images, video, audio and attached documents are stored in your Library. You can store these media types in your Library in advance or as you are editing Pages and Posts. Navigate to the Library from the left-column menu of the Dashboard by clicking on Media. In the Library you can edit, delete or view media. This includes batch upload and deletion. Search and filtering ability is also provided. Images Learn the how-tos of Image Editing and Troubleshooting. It is important to optimize images before uploading them. For images larger than 1MB please always adjust the image dimensions. For our UBS websites, the recommended pixel width for images in the content area is 1400 pixels wide or smaller. For images within a full-width area the recommendation is 2500 pixels wide or smaller, but take care not to load too many large images on one page. Do not upload any images with pixel dimensions larger than these recommendations. Pay attention to the byte size of your files and pages. Add images to your pages and posts. Create a thumbnail gallery. Create a slideshow of your images. Images floated next to text.
