The COFA Web team will need to give you access privileges so that you can create content on the website. Send your EID and the URL address of the page or pages you need to edit to cofawebmaster@austin.utexas.edu.
After logging in, start at the Dashboard where you’ll find links to everything you need, including the Content Editor Guide where there are examples and links to the how-to instruction site.

If you’re just starting out you may want to start with some vocabulary terms and understanding your access level and capabilities.
Follow the inline instructions and it should be fairly intuitive for most basic edits but the COFA Web team will be happy to meet any time to answer questions and help work through any editing tasks. We are always here to help and we’d love to hear from you with suggestions that might make the site better. We have Monthly Virtual Open Office Hours if you have any questions or would like help working through an issue.
