You may notice when editing or creating a page or post that some of the editing options are not visible.
In the top-right corner, under the toolbar is a tab for “Screen Options”. Click on the tab to expand the options, check (or uncheck) the desired options, then click the Screen Options hanging tab to collapse the Screen Options.
Screen Options allow content editors to decide what fields or tools are presented in the work area of the screen. Below are two screenshots showing Screen Options tab when editing a Page. The checked boxes within the Screen Options tab correspond with the displayed fields and tools.
