How (NOT) to Use Classroom Microphones

If you’ve taught in any of the classrooms on the first floor of the Nursing building, you’ve undoubtedly noticed that there are microphones available in each room.

These microphones are GREAT because they’re so easy to use. For example, since they’re rechargeable, you never have to worry about switching out the batteries.

Unfortunately, however, the lapel (or lavelier) microphones are also somewhat delicate and several have been broken over the course of the past year.

If you’ve never used these microphones, or your students will be using them, or you have a guest speaker coming, and you want to show them what NOT to do, watch the 1 minute video below to see simple instructions on how to use these great new microphones.
