In this role you will have the opportunity to learn the essential skill set needed to become a public relations coordinator. Candidate must be a skilled communicator, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Creative thinking is a plus. Serious candidate will be a self-starter, responsible, punctual and extremely detail-oriented. Proficiency with social media platforms a plus: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest among others. This position is offered as an unpaid or paid internship, depending on applicant’s experience.

- 10-15 hours/week on average
- Flexible scheduling – some work/hours may be done remotely
- Create and qualify media list and contacts
- Maintain media database
- Expenses and ordering supplies
- Media monitoring for clients and their relevant industries
- Conduct research for clients
