We are looking for someone eager to help with the maintenance and advancement of the UT Concho Community Garden. The Concho Community Garden serves the community and our campus by providing a place to learn about gardening, promoting healthy eating (with the use of organic gardening methods), and providing a place to serve community service hours for UT students, staff, and alumni. In order to keep our garden beautiful and ready to provide these services for our community, the garden not only requires the help of volunteers but also the efforts of an individual willing to perform the duties essential for advancing and maintaining the Concho Community Garden. We need an individual willing to help with the heavy lifting and planning that is required for garden upkeep. You don’t have to know much about gardening, but you must be willing to learn and bring new ideas for making our garden even better.
