The White House Office of Presidential Correspondence facilitates an open dialogue between the President and the American people. The office’s mission is to listen to and understand the stories and concerns of the American people, and to connect the President with experiences and ideas from across our country.
The Office of Presidential Correspondence (OPC) Associate Program is currently accepting applications for the spring 2014 semester. Associates work alongside our staff and interns, gaining valuable professional experience while learning about the White House and the Federal Government. Our associates serve in our office for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold U.S. citizenship, and they must be currently enrolled in or recently finished with a degree seeking program. The spring 2014 program lasts from January 14 – May 28. This is an unpaid position.
