The Amala Foundation is a secular, Austin-based nonprofit offering personal growth and leadership opportunities for youth of diverse ethnicities, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds, including immigrant and refugee youth who have resettled in Austin from other countries.
We are looking for un-paid interns to help us coordinate and manage our spring and summer youth programs. As an intern, you will develop real-world skills, and gain an understanding of the inner-workings of a small non-profit.
This year’s youth programs include the Diversity Leadership Conference, California Global Youth Peace Summit, San Quentin One Village Walk, Camp Indigo, and the One Village Music Project.

Spring internships typically begin in January and end in May.
Summer internships typically begin in May or June and end in August or September. Flexible arrangements available.
