Internship Opportunity: Event Project Manager with technology and communication emphasis
The event that we need assistance with is our 4th Annual Pediatric Brain Injury Resource Fair & Conference. It will have to be virtual this year, so there is a lot of work to be done to prepare for the conference on 10/24/20. See below for the responsibilities.
-Record approximately 20 virtual video presentations through Google Hangouts
-Add sponsor video ads and “still” ads to the beginning of each presentation
-Communicate with each presenter to set up a time to record their presentations and get all information needed from them for our program and website.
-Assist in researching and adding to a list of children’s hospitals, rehab centers, and neurologists all over the United States to inform them of our conference
-Communicate with all sponsors to get the needed logos, ads, and other details needed.
-Help create a program that includes the presenter’s topic descriptions, bios, and sponsor ads
-Add presentations, event info and ads to our website
-Create social media posts regarding the conference, including thanking all sponsors and presenters
-Create a survey to be distributed after the conference to all registrants
