About The Internship
As a member of the Spring 2025 Malice Media internship group, your contribution will play a pivotal role in shaping out internship experience as we enter our second semester, ensuring its continued success for years to come! The internship will last for the span of UT Austin’s Spring semester, January 13th through May 5th. This role will be hybrid, with much of the work able to be done remote but encouraged to be on-site. On-site is in Pflugerville, working out of the home of General Malice. Carpooling to on-site is encouraged.

Your Role
As a Writing Intern you will have the opportunity to write articles and play and review a variety of games that will be published for the Old School Gamer Magazine. Alongside this you will research and source media for use in the articles. You’ll report to your supervisor who will give you direction and keep you in contact with the publisher.

●Source ancillary media for articles.
●Write pieces for the company website.
●Collaborate with others.

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary:
●A passion for video games.
●Previous experience in writing articles or essays.
