Position: AI Full Stack Web Development Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative web applications incorporating AI solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in building full-stack web applications with integrated AI features, from ideation to deployment and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will work on both internal tools to enhance process management and efficiency, as well as client-facing applications, such as recruitment platforms. The role also includes responsibilities in website management and preparing hardware and cloud software for new joiners, providing a comprehensive IT experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with AI-driven features.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept to launch, ensuring functionality, scalability, AI integration, and user satisfaction.
• Develop and enhance internal tools with AI solutions to improve process management and optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the creation of external-facing applications, such as recruitment and talent management tools, incorporating AI functionalities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications to ensure smooth performance and effective AI functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing tools and applications, ensuring seamless AI performance.
• Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, optimized for performance, and integrated with AI features as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs, particularly in AI integration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-stack web development (frontend and backend).
• Familiarity with developing web applications from ideation to deployment and support.
• Proficiency in technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and backend platforms (Node.js, Python, or PHP).
• Experience working with Replit.
• Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud hosting services.
• Exposure to process improvement and internal management tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in recruitment technology or processes is highly desirable.
• Experience in website management, including content updates and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with setting up hardware and configuring cloud software for new team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
