The Holdsworth Center is a non-profit organization founded and largely funded by Charles Butt, Chairman of H-E-B, a regional retail company. Our mission is to impact, over time, the quality of K-12 public education for all Texas students by supporting and developing leaders. Based in Austin, Texas, we were founded in 2017 in honor of Charles’ mother, Mary Elizabeth Holdsworth Butt, who was an educator, a philanthropist, and a lifelong pioneering advocate.
We partner with public school districts to help them grow outstanding leaders at all levels so that staff thrive, and students excel in every classroom. About the Position
We are seeking two organized and driven individuals to serve as interns with the Campus Programs & Superintendent Pipeline teams. The Campus Programs team supports campus-based educators and the Superintendent Pipeline team supports district-level educators. The interns will assist Program Coordinators with communications, logistics and execution of large-scale events (learning sessions).
Responsibilities:
- Providelogistics support for multi-day learning sessions
- Create, review, and finalize printed and digital assetsand communications
- Collect,enter,and track data on spreadsheets
- Organize and manageprograms storage and supplies
- Proof-read documents
- Research various topics to support team projects
- Utilize various online platforms to support the program objectives(ex: Qualtrics, Cypher,Canva,Mentimeter,SalesForce,Asana,etc.)
Desirable candidates should be able to:
- Work at our Campus on Lake Austin

Compensation & Benefits – $17/hr
Part time: May 2026-July 2026, 30 hours/week (per intern); August 2026, 20 hours/week (per intern); September 2026-May 2027, 10-15 hours/week (per intern).
