The Center for Survivors of Torture’s mission is: Healing international survivors of torture and trauma through counseling and related services.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteers are matched to clients and tasks according to talents and time availability. CST provides both initial training and continuing support through our client volunteering program. Many student volunteers come from university programs in human rights, international studies, and mental health fields.
You can find more information about volunteering with the Center for Survivors of Torture, including a list of volunteer job descriptions on their website here: http://cstnet.org/volunteering/.
