Trimark Properties is searching for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Media and Communications intern to join their growing marketing department. This premier internship involves working with a professional web development team to learn how to design effective websites, build engaging web content, perform search engine optimization, and develop strategic web-based marketing plans. The intern will have the opportunity to assist in the redevelopment and design of the apartments in Gainesville website. The chosen applicant will gain invaluable hands-on experience in the digital marketing field while promoting apartments, dorms and commercial real estate near University of Florida.
POSITION:
- Digital Media and Communications intern
- Full-time, paid internship: 30 hours per week; design your own flexible schedule
- Located at the company headquarters in Gainesville, Florida
DESCRIPTION:
- Work with the web development team to develop engaging web content and a redesign of the apartments in Gainesville website
- Assist with the day-to-day execution of the search engine optimization plan and make small changes to websites that cause BIG changes in usability results
- Creative usage of photography taken of Gainesville apartments and commercial real estate properties
- Learn how to use your creativity and analytical skills to get webpages to rank high in search engines
