Join the Austin EcoNetwork team as a Facebook Live Intern! The Austin EcoNetwork is an environmental news site based in Austin, Texas and we need your help!

The hours are flexible (will include some night and weekend work) and enthusiasm is a must.
Responsibilities will include:
- Attending events, press conferences, panel discussions around Austin and livestreaming them
- Helping to produce Facebook Live interview segments
- Brainstorming new ideas to incorporate video storytelling into the Austin EcoNetwork’s weekly reporting
Who should apply:
- Journalism Majors (those with an emphasis on broadcast or multimedia journalism are preferred)
- Environmental Studies or Sustainability Studies majors with an interest in communications work
- Experience with shooting live video, video editing, and film are preferred (but not required)
- Creative individuals who are self-starters and are ready to put their passion behind an exciting project
Please send a resume and short cover letter (no longer than 3 paragraphs) to Amy Stansbury at content@austineconetwork.com.
