The Sanger Learning Center (SLC) is UT Austin’s premier resource for academic support on the 40 acres. In our quest to remove barriers to student success, we are engaged in a year-long process of evaluating our resources from the perspective of Universal Design for Learning.
We currently offer workshops, academic counseling, and peer coaching around topics such as time management, study effectiveness, and reading effectively for college. The majority of our resources are paper documents or PDFs, but we plan to provide key information in a variety of formats: audio, video, graphics, and text.
SLC seeks an intern who can develop 1-3 short, 2D animated videos to illustrate key concepts from our text-based resources. Our professional staff and student educators can provide content knowledge and support.
