Part Time Legislative Assistant/Internship: To start immediately – Ends May 30th 2019
We are looking for an legislative intern with exceptional research and writing skills. The position will assist in conducting statutory, regulatory, and general research relating to the legislative and political process. Intern will also need to navigate Capitol building, and run small errands. The office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Mon. – Fri. and will vary between those times. This is a temporary position starting immediately and will last through the end of the 86th Legislative session ending May 31st. Intern will need to use their own laptop. Please keep in mind that the duties will be geared towards research, writing, and note taking. The position will take away an increased knowledge of our state legislative process and work with seasoned professionals providing increased knowledge base for future opportunities. We understand school is a priority and are flexible in working on available hours.

Part Time Office Intern: To start immediately – Ends May 30th 2019
Looking for a temporary part-time intern for legislative assistance for the 86th Legislative session. This opportunity will give you an introduction to the legislative process from the private sector. Interns will learn the legislative process from start to finish. The internship is part time through the end of May 2019. Intern will act as a “Jack of All Trades” by assisting with monitoring legislation, data entry, filing, errands, proof reading, and assisting where they can. The position will take away an increased knowledge of our state legislative process and work with seasoned professionals providing increased knowledge base for future opportunities. Hours are negotiable for the right candidate and circumstance. We understand this internship will also be a student and that is first priority.
