IT’S TIME TEXAS is an Austin-based 501(c)3 not-for-profit cause-based organization that is dedicated to making healthy the norm in the Lone Star State. Our mission is to empower people to lead healthier lives and build healthier communities.
Position Overview
The Impact and Evaluation Intern will work closely with the Impact and Evaluation coordinator to support ongoing development and improvements of the IT’S TIME TEXAS internal reporting system, development and implementation of program specific evaluation design (as needed), and capturing of relevant organization wide data. The Impact and Evaluation intern will be responsible for completing assigned projects and tasks that vary in timeframe, scale, and orientation. The purpose of these projects is not only to help improve IT’S TIME TEXAS impact on the community, but also to provide valuable knowledge and experience to the intern’s education and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide support in development and improvements of internal reporting system
• Assist managing datasets, analyzing process data, and compiling findings
• Assist with development of evaluation support documents for ITT team
• Work with ITT team and Impact and Evaluation Coordinator to establish evaluation designs for ITT programs, as needed
• Assist with IT’S TIME TEXAS events, as needed

• Basic data collection and evaluation knowledge
• Strong written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated, ability to work under minimal supervision
• Works well independently and as part of team
• Creativity in problem solving
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
